
Cancellation Policy
Due to limited seating, we request that you cancel at least 10 days before a scheduled class/ event. This gives us the opportunity to fill the class. You may cancel by phone or by email. If you must cancel your class, we offer you a credit to your account if you cancel before the 10 days, but do not offer refunds. You may use these credits towards any future class. However, if you do not cancel prior to the 10 days, you will lose the payment for the class. If you are unable to attend, you can transfer to a friend up to 72 hrs. prior to the class by sending us an email with the name of the new participant.
If the event is canceled: no action is required to obtain a refund; we will issue a refund to the original method of payment used at time of purchase once the funds are collected from your credit card or bank. In some cases, Kendra REAC Consultant, Inc. may also give you the option to choose either a credit to your account for a future class or a refund; if so, we will send you a notification explaining your options, and how to submit a request for a credit.
If the class is postponed, rescheduled, or moved: your ticket(s) are still valid, and no further action is required. However, Kendra REAC Consultant, Inc. may approve refunds, or the option to choose between a refund or a credit, for the class; any refund and/or credit policies are determined on an event-by-event basis. Alternatively, you may simply keep your ticket(s) to the postponed, rescheduled, or moved event/ class.
